What actually drives the price
- Number of integrations and their quality
- A modern REST API costs a fraction of a SOAP interface with undocumented quirks or a file-based exchange with a legacy system.
- Roles, permissions and compliance
- Five user roles with partner-specific data visibility, audit requirements and retention rules cost more than one internal role.
- Number and complexity of user journeys
- We price by journeys (e.g. “submit a claim with attachments and approval”), not by screens. Fewer, complete journeys beat many half-finished ones.
- Data migration
- Moving and verifying data from an old system is its own workstream with its own risks — we scope it explicitly.
- Your availability
- Projects move at the speed of decisions. A reachable product owner on your side shortens timelines and lowers cost.
Commercial terms in plain language
- Swiss contract and Swiss jurisdiction.
- IP and code belong to you on payment of each milestone; open-source components remain under their licences.
- Change requests are estimated and approved in writing before work starts.
- Defect warranty after go-live; duration defined in the offer.
- Retainers: three-month minimum, then cancellable with 30 days’ notice.
- Invoices in CHF or EUR.
Common questions
Why not publish an hourly rate?
Because hourly rates hide the only number you care about: what the finished system costs. We do use day rates inside retainers and change requests, and we will tell you what they are in the written assessment.
Are you cheaper than a Swiss agency?
Our cost base is lower than a fully Swiss-staffed team because implementation capacity sits in India under senior review from Basel. Whether our fixed price beats a specific competitor’s depends on scope — we are not the cheapest quote you will receive, and we do not try to be. Compare the fixed price, what is included, and who actually does the work.
Can we pay monthly for a fixed-scope build?
Milestone payments are standard; for longer projects we can spread milestones monthly. Payment terms are agreed in the offer.
